A collaboration with Arts for the Soul, this show takes place at First Presbyterian Church, 840 S. 17th St., Lincoln, and starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are available directly from Arts for the Soul.
The string ensemble Kittel & Co. fuse the esthetic and virtuosity of a classical string quartet with the melodies and rhythms of Celtic and bluegrass music. Led by Turtle Island String Quartet alum Jeremy Kittel on violin, the group includes mandolin phenom Josh Pinkham, genre-bending guitarist Quinn Bachand, bassist Jacob Warren and hammer-dulcimer wizard Simon Chrisman. You will delight in their shifting, interwoven melodies.
